The Guidelines on the suspension and resumption of contracts under OPRD are revised
The Managing Authority of Operational Programme Regional Development amended The Guidelines for Beneficiaries on changes to the grant contracts under OPRD in the part related to Guidelines on the suspension and resumption of contracts with a view to ensuring greater clarity to the beneficiaries on deadlines, obligations and the steps for resuming suspended contracts.
N.B.! A suspended contract shall resume automatically its effect when the circumstances which led to its suspension as specified in the letter of suspension are no longer valid. The beneficiary shall resume the implementation of the suspended project activities (works, supplies, services and others) as of the date of cancellation of the circumstances for suspension as specified in the letter of suspension. The Managing Authority shall inform the beneficiary about the new period of the contract.
