Important!!! Modifications made in the templates of Annexes of OPRD contracts.

As regards to Order РД-02-14-2017 of 04.10.2011 of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works for nomination of Mrs. Denitsa Nikolova – Director General of DG “Programming of Regional Developmet” for Head of the Managing Authority of Operational Programme Regional Development 2007-2013 (OPRD) are updated the Instructions for implementation of contracts and framework agreements, section for templates of annexes, as follows:

- Annex 6 – template of an Annex for extending the deadline of the grant contract

- Annex 6а - template of an Annex for extending the deadline of the grant contract with specific beneficiary

- Annex 7 - template of an Annex for modification of the grant contract amount

- Annex 7а - template of an Annex for modification of the amount of grant contract with specific beneficiary

Updated Annexes are published on the web site of the OPRD www.bgregio.eu, section Contracts OPRD/Guidelines of the performance of the contracts.
