Completed evaluation under scheme
BG161PO001/1.1-12/2011
The first evaluation committee under scheme BG161PO001/1.1-12/2011 “Support for deinstitutionalization of social institutions providing services to children at risk” completed its work. Specific beneficiaries are 62 municipalities within the scope of urban agglomerations in accordance with the National Map of Residential Services, adopted by the Working Group for Deinstitutionalization of Children at high level (Deputy Ministers), formed with Order No Р-105/30.102009 of the Prime-Minister.
Within the first deadline (30 June 2011) were submitted a total of 26 project proposals and all are approved for funding to the total grant amount of BGN 32 211 376,85. of them BGN 27 379 670,33 are co-financing by the European Regional Development Fund (85%) and BGN 4 831 706,52 are co-financing by the national budget (15%).
The projects of the grant scheme are aimed at:
- Construction of Accommodation Centers of Family Type and their adjoining yards;
- Construction, repairs, reconstruction, renovation of the housing for Protected Home (additional construction, upgrading, reconstruction and restructuring of spaces), including their adjoining yards;
- Introduction of energy efficiency measures in the above mentioned buildings/premises, including insulation, replacement of woodwork, local installations and/or connections to heating and gas systems;
- Introduction of installations/facilities for utilization of renewable energy sources addressing the energy needs of the building, site of intervention, not generating revenue (profit) of commercial activities for the beneficiary in the process of exploitation of the facilities;
- Delivery of adequate equipment and furniture in the above mentioned buildings/premises related to provision of the respective residential and social services.
On the web site under heading “Contracts”/”Evaluated projects” is published a Decision No РД-02-14-2236/01.11.2011 issued by the Head of the Managing Authority of OPRD for provision of OPRD grant under the above mentioned scheme
