To all beneficiaries of Operational Programme Regional Development:

In relation to amendments of the Public Procurement Law entering into force on 26.02.2012, the Managing Authority will receive documentation for preliminary control of public procurement procedures to be implemented by the beneficiaries until 15.01.2012 in accordance with the acting PPL. After this date all documents are to be prepared in compliance with the PPL amendments, as ex-ante control will be implemented according to the procedure published in section Guidelines for Beneficiaries.
